Mission all the way!!!

It's the first of July and here we are in this far away magical land Vanuatu unified under the banner of God's love. Could there be a greater joy?!

It was an early day for us interns as we got ready to enter the mission field. Ahh the bliss of such mornings where hot bread was served at our doorsteps. God's goodness is far beyond words or expression. And day by day we experience His strong assurance as we embark on this glorious journey together.

As we lined up to head over to the EE clinic at Pango, our interns and figtree aussies welcomed the new EE trainees. Ron enlightened us from the book of Mark 10:21. He reminded us of our expectations of this whole trip and even with silly discomforts, we need to get accustomed to it because our Almighty God was rejected and disowned by the world.

The next session was led by Rod who wonderfully brought out the concept of fear when we share the gospel and how we could overcome this by implementing the EE tools that we learnt. After which we set out on our own little adventure towards the village of Pango to share the gospel. We returned with our eyes and hearts set ablazed as we witnessed God's amazing transformation of these humble folk. How wonderful is our Saviour who encompasses us under his wings and gives us the opportunity to stand the gap.

Let it be our humble prayer that God uses us to be His instruments of peace. Amen!!!
