Hello everyone,

this is Nathan, scribing for Naomi.

I (we) have been thinking lately about profiles. What are our profiles? Certainly, there are many people on this internship that have incredible profiles. If only you could be here with us, to witness such a powerful group of young people and awesome profiles God has arranged!!

Here is a glance at a few of the profiles that are on the table....

We are a group made up of sons and daughters of pastors that lead massive churches, of people who have quit their jobs and sold unbelievable things to get here, of people who have never before travelled outside of their home country, of people who could not have afforded the ticket into Nadi if it weren't for their extended family delving deep into their savings and giving them the cash, of people who have cleared a blank slate for their future and are asking God to inscribe His Will upon it, of people who are sold out for the Gospel, who are desperately in love with Jesus, of people who (I heard one say) have become willing to die for the sake of their Saviour's Mission to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:10), of people who are thinking about their potential for the Kingdom for the first time, teen agers, university students, training nurses, full time teachers, waitresses, youth workers, all itinerants for the Gospel.

Whoa. Just think of these profiles, these personal portfolios, the personalities and plans that have been arranged by God's Providence here. It is His sheer power made manifest. The gathering of saints to shake the foundations of the earth. Amen!

But by far the most important profiled in God's eyes we find in the Scriptures. And there is no way that we as men, with our mere insights and material vision, which is so limited, can comprehend what GOD sees in us; our SPIRITUAL profiles.

What is the Spiritual profile?

1 Samuel 13:14.

'but now your kingdom shall not continue, for the Lord has sought out a man after His own heart, and the Lord has commanded Him to be leader over His people'

The generation that has come together under the auspices of this internship is of an entirely different Kingdom. The kingdom of their cultures, their heritage, their pasts that is not founded upon the Rock of the Living God is passing away. That kingdom of apathy and fear 'shall not continue'.

But, God Willing, the interns here are the heralds of a new Kingdom.

These young people that are here are pledged to be servants of the Spectacular Gospel of Christ, to bring forth His Kingdom of Light (Colossians 1:13) whose hearts are 'after His own heart' and, by the Grace of the Spirit, are being made more so day by day (Colossians 3:10).

Lord, reform our hearts so that they long for Yours, that they would imitate Yours!!

That is the profile that God sees, and that man cannot see, for Christ sees not with eyes of Man (Isaiah 11:3) and He searches us in our entire being.

Lord, employ our invisible profiles for Your Glory!!
